CHCC, PSS bring teen health services to CNMI high schools

SAIPAN — The Commonwealth Healthcare Corporation Public Health Services is continuing its partnership with the CNMI Public School System to provide on-campus health services and information for teens through visits to local high schools, according to CHCC.

CHCC said services provided during the visits included presentations on nutrition and reproductive health, vaccinations, and blood pressure and blood sugar checks.

The visits are part of CHCC’s ongoing Teen Health partnership with PSS, which CHCC said is intended to make health resources more accessible, empower students with knowledge, and support them in building healthier futures.
