SAIPAN — The Commonwealth Utilities Corporation (CUC) Board of Directors will hold its Regular Board Meeting this Thursday, December 11, at 9:30 a.m. in the CUC Conference Room on the 3rd Floor of the Joeten Dandan Building.
On tap for this meeting are the management reports from the executive director, chief financial officer, and legal counsel, as well as items such as a proposed CUC rate petition, discussion of procurement projects in excess of $1 million, net metering payouts, and a bad debt policy, among other matters.
