Apatang swears in new board and commission appointees

SAIPAN — Gov. David M. Apatang administered the oath of office to five newly appointed members of key CNMI boards and commissions on Dec. 1, 2025, according to the Office of the Governor.

Those sworn in were: Ramon M. Dela Cruz (Community and Economic Development Authority board), Theodore R. Parker (Healthcare Professions Licensing Board), Dr. Tiffany Lyn Willis (Healthcare Professions Licensing Board), Mark O. Rabauliman (Commonwealth Election Commission), and Elsie Tilipao-Rebuenog (Commonwealth Election Commission).

Apatang said boards and commissions play a key role in public service and said filling seats helps government improve oversight, expertise, and responsiveness. The governor’s office said the oath-taking is part of an ongoing effort to fill vacant positions to support continuity of operations and strengthen regulatory and administrative functions.
