SAIPAN — The Department of Public Safety is asking for the public’s help to find Gabriel Canisio, 50, who was reported missing on Nov. 11.
A family member told police Gabriel was last seen about two weeks before he was reported missing in Garapan, behind the McDonald’s Mobil.
Gabriel is described as 5-foot-6, about 145 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
