CHCC welcomes Dr. Jocelyn Morin to Rota Health Center; Dr. Tillman Farley concludes six-month service Nov. 10

ROTA — The Commonwealth Healthcare Corporation has tapped Family Medicine physician Dr. Jocelyn Morin for a six-month locum assignment at the Rota Health Center, continuing CHCC’s push to keep primary care accessible on island.

Dr. Tillman Farley will complete his six-month service at RHC on Nov. 10, 2025. CHCC thanked Farley for providing comprehensive primary care and helping strengthen continuity of care during his tenure.

Morin joins RHC from Community Memorial Hospital in Hamilton, New York, where she has practiced since 2018 and serves as chief of the Department of Family Medicine. Her background includes women’s health procedures, chronic disease management and work implementing team-based care models in multiple outpatient clinics. She also mentors medical, PA and NP students.

Morin earned her medical degree and completed a Family Medicine residency at The Ohio State University and holds a B.A. in biochemistry from Dartmouth College. She is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and is a registered medical examiner for the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration.

“Recruiting and retaining healthcare providers across our island communities continues to be a challenge, but we remain committed to ensuring that CNMI residents have consistent access to quality medical care,” CHCC Deputy Chief Medical Officer Dr. Marty Rohringer said, welcoming Morin and thanking Farley for his service.
