CNMI Finance Department Activates New Financial Management System

SAIPAN – The Department of Finance has officially activated the TylerMunis Financial Management System (FMS), making it fully operational and accessible across all government departments and agencies.

Effective immediately, the system will be used for procurement, expenditure tracking, and financial reporting. The Department emphasized that all financial processes should now proceed through the platform.

The announcement follows months of preparation and testing. Officials thanked agency heads, stakeholders, and staff for their patience during the transition period.
