SAIPAN – The Commonwealth Ports Authority (CPA) Board of Directors will hold a Special Board Meeting on October 7, at 2pm in the CPA Meeting Room at Francisco C. Ada/Saipan International Airport.
The meeting is open to the public in accordance with the Open Government Act (1 CMC §9901 et seq.).
Agenda items include the final adoption of proposed regulations amending NMIAC § 40-40-255, the proposed organizational structure, and the Comptroller’s annual evaluation. The Board will also enter executive session and consider other miscellaneous matters.
Members of the public are encouraged to attend.
