SAIPAN — The Commonwealth Utilities Corporation Board of Directors will hold its regular board meeting on June 11, with the CUC rate petition, the fuel adjustment charge and a Saipan sewer project among the items up for consideration.
In a public notice issued under the Open Government Act, CUC said the board will meet at 9:30 a.m. June 11 in the CUC Conference Room, Room 17, on the third floor of the Joeten Dandan Building. The notice said public attendance is welcome.
Under old business, the agenda lists the fuel adjustment charge, the status of the CUC rate petition, the status of proposed bills, a typhoon policy and personnel matters. Under new business, the board is set to take up procurement matters for the S-11 and S-12 Sewer Lift Station Relocation Project on Saipan, along with miscellaneous matters.
The agenda also includes management reports from the executive director, chief financial officer and legal counsel, a Personnel Committee report covering Administrative Case No. 24-0002-CA, and the adoption of minutes from the May 14 regular meeting and the May 21 special meeting. An executive session, announcements and adjournment round out the agenda.
