SAIPAN — The CNMI Judiciary is congratulating Grants Manager Gregorio U. Tudela, who earned his bachelor’s degree in public administration from the University of Phoenix while working full time.
Tudela began his undergraduate studies in July 2021, shortly before joining the Judiciary as an Administrative Specialist that August. He earned an associate’s degree in criminal justice in August 2023 and continued his studies while maintaining full-time employment, the Judiciary said.
Since joining the Judiciary, Tudela has advanced through several roles, moving from Administrative Specialist to Deputy Clerk I, Administrative Officer, and Program Specialist before assuming his current position as Grants Manager.
“From the moment Greg was hired as the Family Court clerk, his capabilities were clear,” said Associate Judge Teresa Kim-Tenorio. “Through hard work, initiative, and self-motivation, he successfully balanced his education and professional duties to earn his college degree and become the Grants Manager of the Judiciary. The Judiciary celebrates Greg’s accomplishment!”
