SAIPAN – Commonwealth Utilities Corporation and Guam Power Authority crews are working across six areas of Saipan to restore power as recovery from Typhoon Sinlaku continues.
CUC said both agencies’ crews are active in Mt. Tapochau, Capitol Hill, San Roque, Tanapag, Gualo Rai and Chalan Kiya, repairing damaged transmission and distribution infrastructure and restoring service to homes and businesses.
The utility thanked both teams for their work and asked the public for continued patience as island-wide restoration efforts progress.
