SAIPAN – The Commonwealth Utilities Corporation will interrupt water service to portions of San Vicente, Dandan Homestead and Obyan from noon to 5 p.m. Thursday to allow the San Vicente water tank to regain normal distribution levels, the utility said in an emergency public advisory.
Customers in the affected area will experience low to no water pressure during the outage window. CUC said residents should allow one to two hours for water lines to fully pressurize once service is restored.
The utility also asked motorists to reduce speed and exercise caution in the affected area or take alternative routes to protect CUC crews working in the field.
