SAIPAN — The Bureau of Motor Vehicles resumes full operation Monday, May 11, with doors opening at 7:30 a.m., the Department of Public Safety said.
The bureau had been closed since Super Typhoon Sinlaku struck the Marianas. DPS said Sunday that late fees would not be applied during the closure period.
