SAIPAN — The Saipan Humane Society is operating from a temporary clinic location at Casa Marianas while its original clinic awaits restoration of power and water, the organization said in a community update.
The temporary clinic is open Tuesday through Saturday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and is closed Sunday and Monday until the original location is restored, the organization said.
Saipan Humane Society does not currently have pet food available for distribution, and vaccines and preventive medications remain in limited supply.
As Sinlaku financial assistance to the community, the organization has reduced its consultation fee from $25 to $5 plus medication costs from May 8 through May 31, the organization said. Vaccines and preventive medications remain limited in stock and are available for $5 per product during the same window.
Spay and neuter services are on hold due to limited space at the temporary location and will resume once the organization is fully operational, the organization said. Updates will be announced on social media.
