They are about belonging, identity, and what it means to be rooted in a place across generations. For many who were born and raised in the Commonwealth but are not of Northern Marianas Descent, there exists a real and deeply felt tension. It is the experience of loving a place, representing it, and carrying it wherever one goes, while also recognizing that there are limits to how that connection is formally acknowledged. Mobil, Shell Raise Fuel Prices in CNMI

SAIPAN — Mobil raised fuel prices across all grades Monday, with unleaded and premium climbing 20 cents per gallon and diesel surging 65 cents.

Last night the new Mobil prices put unleaded Extra at $6.719 per gallon, up from $6.519. Supreme+ rose from $6.969 to $7.169. Diesel saw the steepest climb, jumping from $9.339 to $9.989 per gallon.
