Saipan Mayor’s Office to host Precinct 2 3-on-3 youth basketball tournament this weekend in Chalan Kanoa

The Saipan Mayor’s Office will hold a Precinct 2 3-on-3 Youth Basketball Tournament this Saturday, February 21, starting at 9:00 a.m., at the Chalan Kanoa Basketball Court near the Manhoben Center, now the SAAR (Substance Abuse Addiction and Rehabilitation) Center, and the Chalan Kanoa Cemetery.
