Cui Lijie of Imperial Pacific International booked on immigration violation

SAIPAN — Chinese billionaire businesswoman, Hong Kong citizen, and majority owner of Imperial Pacific International, Cui Lijie is in federal custody after being arrested on an immigration violation. Cui was booked and detained at the CNMI Department of Corrections Tuesday afternoon, where she will remain until her immigration hearing later this week or next week.
