DPS: Christopher Hiroaki wanted in former T-Galleria copper wire theft

SAIPAN — The Department of Public Safety is asking for the public’s help to locate Christopher Hiroaki, who investigators say remains at large in connection with a burglary and copper wire theft at the former T-Galleria building in Garapan, after two other suspects were arrested on warrants signed this week.
